Payment Methods
Customers can pay for goods online by credit card using PayPal's secure site. Payment will be confirmed by e-mail. All prices are in £ sterling and we only accept payment in £ sterling. Payment from other currencies will be converted by your credit card company and bank charges may be applied by them. If you wish to pay in another currency, please contact sales@ultimate-meditation.com
Delivery
We aim to deliver all goods within 5 - 8 days in the UK and 8 - 14 days overseas. If you are a TRADE ENQUIRY please telephone 0044 (0)1278 423 573 or e-mail sales@ultimate-meditation.com. We will endeavour to meet all our customers requirements. Postage and packing depends on the number of CDs purchased and is calculated at the checkout. Postage and packing for one CD costs £1.00 and for more than one CD it is calculated at 6% of the total value of the order.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee to the customer our goods to be in good order. Each CD is checked prior to posting to ensure it is in first class condition. However, in the event of faulty goods or breakages please inform us immediately by e-mail or telephone and state whether a replacement, credit or refund is required. Please do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our aim is to satisfy our customers.

Customer Services and Complaints Procedure
For customers wishing to check any aspect of Alex Archer's products, please contact us by e-mailing enquiries@ultimate-meditation.com, or telephoning 0044 (0)1278 423 574 between 9.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. UK time, Monday to Friday. We will try to resolve any query or complaint within 14 working days.
Cancellation Rights
The customer has the right to cancel the order. Cancellation must be within 7 working days from receipt of the goods starting from the day after the goods are received. The goods must be intact and resaleable. The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. All items detailed on the invoice must be returned intact. A refund for the amount, less the cost of carriage, will be made within 30 days via PayPal.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The only information we will hold will be names, addresses, telephone numbers if given and details of customer purchases, as required to fulfil your order. We will not pass this information to third parties.
