Listen to Samples

The samples below are extracts from the different tracks as detailed below. Reading the notes will help to put it into context.

Track 1. -
The sample contains the first 60 seconds of the meditation. The meditation starts at easy breathing pace and maintains this for the first minute allowing the meditator to 'settle in'. Time your breath to the rhythm track of bells and gongs.

Track 2. -
The sample is about 90 seconds into the meditation. Feel that the rhythm track has slowed down. During this section the track slows again. Maintain your breathing in time to the rhythm track and allow yourself to go deeper.

Track 3. -
The sample is 11 minutes into the meditation. The tempo has slowed again and remains at this pace until the end of the meditation. The om's stopped at the 10-minute mark and were replaced by the synth. The rhythm track is phasing back in after a brief pause. Use this change as a juncture in your meditation.

Track 4. -
The sample is 22 minutes into the meditation. The synth is gently dropping out, leaving the rhythm track only. This is my favourite part of the meditation. The rhythm is pure and spacious.
